Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Accelerate recovery and support cellular repair with pressurized oxygen therapy.
What is HBOT?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber. The increased pressure allows your lungs to gather more oxygen than would be possible at normal air pressure, delivering it throughout your body to promote healing and cellular function.
Benefits
- Enhanced tissue repair and wound healing
- Reduced inflammation throughout the body
- Improved cognitive function and mental clarity
- Faster recovery from intense training
- Support for mitochondrial health
Session Details
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Pressure: 1.3-1.5 ATA
- Oxygen: 95-100% pure
- Frequency: 2-5 sessions per week
- What to bring: Comfortable clothing, no electronics
Session Protocol
Pre-Session (5 min)
Remove all electronics, jewelry, and petroleum-based products. Change into provided cotton clothing if needed.
Pressurization (10 min)
Enter the chamber and relax as pressure gradually increases. You may feel ear pressure similar to flying—equalize by yawning or swallowing.
Treatment (40 min)
Breathe normally while at pressure. Read, meditate, or rest. Staff monitors you throughout the session.
Depressurization (10 min)
Pressure gradually returns to normal. Exit when complete and hydrate well.

- Untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung)
- Recent ear surgery or ear infection
